We were so fortunate to be able to work with Marsha Russell to find a vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area. We set very high standards for her to meet, being golfers wanting a place near the ocean that we could enjoy with our children and grandchildren.
Marsha patiently and kindly showed us several options and guided us in making difficult decisions. She was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and took all of the stress out of the search. While we arrived for our first appointment with no clear idea about what we should buy, she methodically presented many options and discussed the merits of each.
Marsha did a wonderful job in having our "new home" prepared for closing, and then handling all of the details and paperwork involved. With us being out of town, Marsha did so much to help us.
We had come down for week and planned on looking each day. We entertained all of our friends at home when we arrived home and they asked how long we had been looking. We explained about Marsha, and told them we looked all day Saturday- and we played golf all of the other days!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Conway area with the assistance of one of your Coldwell Banker Realtors, Ms. Heather Lawson. It was such a rewarding experience, I felt compelled to express my appreciation. While waiting to sell our home in New York we discovered Heather/Chicora on the internet and communicated with her long distance, via e-mail for about four months before we finally met her. After a while she had a fairly good idea of what we were looking for in a home. She used the internet masterfully sending pictures and descriptions of homes for our review.
When we finally arrived here Heather had several homes lined up for us to look at. She made what could have been a long and tedious process a very pleasant experience for us. We had many questions for her and she was able answer, or get the answer for everything we wanted to know. She kept us informed of all of the important developments involved in purchasing a home. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area, and found her attention to detail totally amazing. Her communication skills are excellent and she was able to explain the documents involved in detail, and made sure we understood everything before signing.
Over the years we've purchased and sold homes on several occasions, and Realtors were involved in all of the buys and most of the sells, we can tell you without a doubt compared to the others this purchase was the easiest, and just an overall pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to work with someone like Heather, who exhibits excellent professionalism, yet seem so personal. She is reliable, she was always on time on the occasions we met with her, she makes her point without being aggressive, her personality and social skills were just great, but most impressive was her honesty and patience. If Heather is the example, you folks at Chicora must have an exceptional training program for your employees. My impression of her is that if she continues in this business she will do well.
